曹军伟,男,博士,讲师,硕士研究生导师。先后获得哈尔滨工业大学和法国Université de Bretagne Occidentale双博士学位。主要从事海洋微生物资源挖掘、深海微生物环境适应和海洋微生物胞外酶学研究,在深海微生物相关领域有着浓厚的研究兴趣和良好的研究基础,2次担任大洋科考首席科学家助理。在Science China Earth Sciences(Q1)、Marine Drugs(Q1)、Scientific Reports(Q1)、Frontiers in Microbiology(Q2)等国际学术期刊上发表30余篇SCI论文,拥有3项发明专利;主持1项国家自然科学基金,骨干参与上海市前沿科学研究基地、1项国家重点研发计划、1项国家自然科学基金重大研究计划、4项国家自然科学基金面上项目和1项上海市地方院校能力建设专项。担任Frontiers in Microbiology评审编辑(Review Editor),FM、IJSEM、MARGEN、BMSAB等多种学术期刊审稿人。

研究兴趣及专长:
(1)海洋微生物资源开发利用及代谢机制研究。深海是微生物菌种资源和天热产物的宝库,我们针对深海重要微生物类群,基于模拟原位培养、富集培养等培养技术,获取深海菌种资源,建立深海微生物菌种资源库。对能够有效降解有机污染物、产生活性天然产物的重要微生物资源进行开发利用。利用多组学和分子生物学等技术手段对关键代谢通路进行解析。
(2)深海微生物环境适应性研究。围绕深海、深渊等特殊生境微生物,开展微生物适应高压等极端环境、生物被膜形成等过程中特殊代谢机制、信号感应与转导机制研究,揭示相应生命过程和分子机制。
(3)海洋微生物胞外酶学研究。微生物胞外酶在海洋生态系统中发挥着重要作用。利用全海深保压采样设备和保压酶学测定装置,进行深海、深渊微生物胞外酶在原位环境条件下的酶活性研究,直观揭示微生物在海洋生态系统中的重要作用。
