陈洁，女，1994年3月生，福建宁德人，上海海洋大学海洋科学与生态环境学院教师，硕士生导师。主要研究海岸带气候变化影响与适应、海岸带碳汇与碳中和、全球变化与可持续发展等。主持国家自然科学基金青年基金、上海市启明星项目（扬帆专项）等项目，并参与国家自然科学基金重点项目、国家重点研发计划、中国科学院战略性先导科技专项等项目。
