国家重点研发计划 “深海微生物生态功能解析及其资源应用潜力评估” 项目启动会在上海海洋大学召开

Kick-off Meeting of National Key R&D Program Project “Ecological Functions of Deep-Sea Microorganisms and Their Potential for Resource Utilization ” Held at Shanghai Ocean University



2026 年 4 月 9 日,依托上海海洋大学DOME大科学计划(深海微生物组与生态系统)申报成功的国家重点研发计划 — 战略性科技创新合作 “深海微生物生态功能解析及其资源应用潜力评估” 项目启动会在上海海洋大学海洋科技大楼 217 会议室顺利召开。来自国内 7 家优势参研单位的项目骨干、领域权威专家及学校相关部门代表共同参会,对项目实施方案展开深入研讨与论证。
On April 9, 2026, the kick-off meeting of the National Key R&D Program – Strategic Scientific and Technological Innovation Cooperation project Ecological Functions of Deep-Sea Microorganisms and Their Potential for Resource Utilization, supported by the Deep Ocean Microbiomes and Ecosystems (DOME) Programme of Shanghai Ocean University, was successfully held in Conference Room 217 of the Marine Science and Technology Building. Key researchers from 7 leading domestic institutions, authoritative experts in the field and representatives from relevant university departments attended the meeting, where they conducted in-depth discussion and demonstration on the project implementation plan.
上海海洋大学科技处李松林副处长致辞,对项目正式启动表示祝贺。他指出,该项目是学校在深海微生物研究与国际科技合作领域的重要突破,汇聚多学科优势力量协同攻关,学院将全力做好各项保障服务,助力项目高质量实施、产出重大标志性成果,为学校“双一流” 建设与国家海洋科技事业发展贡献力量。
Li Songlin, Deputy Director of the Science and Technology Department of Shanghai Ocean University, delivered a speech at the meeting and extended congratulations on the official launch of the project. He noted that the project marks a significant breakthrough for the university in deep-sea microbiology research and international scientific and technological cooperation, bringing together multidisciplinary strengths for collaborative innovation. The university will provide full support and services to ensure the high-quality implementation of the project and the achievement of landmark academic outcomes, so as to contribute to the university’s “Double First-Class” initiative and the development of China’s marine science and technology.
项目负责人、上海海洋大学吴伟超研究员代表项目组汇报项目总体实施方案。他表示,深海是地球生命演化与全球生物地球化学循环的关键区域,深海微生物研究既是前沿基础科学,也是国家深海战略与生物资源利用的核心方向。项目紧扣全球海洋变化、深海生态安全与生物资源发掘重大需求,聚焦深海微生物多样性不清、功能机制不明、资源挖掘效率低、应用潜力评估薄弱等关键瓶颈,依托DOME大科学计划与国内外顶尖团队联合开展研究,意义重大、使命光荣。项目组将严格按照任务书要求,强化协同、规范管理、狠抓落实,确保按期高质量完成全部研究任务。
Prof. Wu Weichao, the Principal Investigator from Shanghai Ocean University, delivered a report on the overall implementation plan on behalf of the project team. He stated that the deep sea is a critical domain for Earth’s life evolution and global biogeochemical cycles. Research on deep-sea microorganisms represents cutting-edge basic science and also a core focus of national deep-sea strategies and biological resource utilization. In response to major demands for global ocean change, deep-sea ecological security and biological resource exploration, the project targets key bottlenecks including unclear diversity and functional mechanisms of deep-sea microorganisms, low efficiency in resource mining, and insufficient evaluation of application potential. Supported by the DOME Grand Science Program and in collaboration with top domestic and international teams, the project is of great significance and bears a glorious mission. The project team will strictly follow the approved tasks, strengthen collaboration, standardize management, ensure effective implementation, and accomplish all research objectives with high quality and on schedule.
吴伟超研究员系统介绍了项目的科学问题、研究内容与实施路径,围绕深海微生物群落分布、极端环境适应机制、元素循环生态功能以及资源高效挖掘与评估体系展开全链条攻关,通过科考采样、多组学分析、机制解析、资源挖掘与应用验证一体化推进,致力于建成国际联合研究平台与专属数据库,产出高水平论文、发明专利及可支撑产业应用的功能产物与技术体系。
Prof. Wu systematically elaborated the core scientific issues, research contents and implementation routes of the project. Focusing on microbial community distribution, adaptation mechanisms to extreme environments, ecological functions of biogeochemical cycles, and efficient microbial resource mining and evaluation systems, the project will carry out an integrated workflow covering scientific expedition sampling, multi-omics analysis, mechanism dissection, resource mining and application verification. It aims to establish an international joint research platform and a dedicated database, produce high-level academic papers, authorized invention patents, and functional products and technological systems that support industrial applications.

四位任务负责人:上海海洋大学刘如龙教授、中国海洋大学张伟鹏教授 、上海交通大学余甜甜助理研究员、自然资源部第三海洋研究所姜秋云助理研究员分别汇报具体研究内容、技术路线、分工安排与进度计划,进一步明确研究重点与成果产出方向。

The four task leaders, Professor Liu Rulong from Shanghai Ocean University, Professor Zhang Weipeng from Ocean University of China, Assistant Researcher Yu Tiantian from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, and Assistant Researcher Jiang Qiuyun from the Third Institute of Oceanography, Ministry of Natural Resources, respectively reported the specific research content, technical routes, task division and schedule, further clarifying the research priorities and expected outputs.

与会专家上海交通大学王风平教授、华东师范大学董宏坡教授、西北农林科技大学沈锡辉教授、中国地质大学(北京)张宝刚教授认真听取汇报后,一致认为项目定位准确、研究基础扎实、方案科学可行、团队力量雄厚,并从考核指标量化、原创特色强化、技术融合创新、任务协同衔接、知识产权管理与应用转化落地等方面提出系统性指导意见,为项目高质量推进指明方向。

Participating experts including Professor Wang Fengping from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Professor Dong Hongpo from East China Normal University, Professor Shen Xihui from Northwest A&F University, and Professor Zhang Baogang from China University of Geosciences (Beijing) carefully listened to the presentations. They unanimously agreed that the project has accurate positioning, solid research foundation, scientific and feasible plan, and a strong team. They put forward systematic guiding suggestions in terms of quantification of assessment indicators, enhancement of original characteristics, integrated technological innovation, collaborative task linkage, intellectual property management, and application transformation, which pointed out the direction for the high-quality advancement of the project.

会议明确,项目组将在一周内完成专家意见整改,细化研究内容、量化考核指标、统一验收标准;建立高效协同与数据共享机制,严格遵守国家重点研发计划管理规范;优先推进科考采样、资源库建设与功能验证等核心工作,稳步深化国际合作,全力产出高水平研究成果。
The meeting confirmed that the project team will revise and improve the implementation plan based on expert opinions within one week, refine research tasks, quantify assessment indicators and unify acceptance criteria. An efficient collaborative and datasharing mechanism will be established in strict accordance with the management regulations of the National Key R&D Program. The team will prioritize scientific expeditions, resource library construction and functional verification, steadily advance international cooperation, and strive to deliver high-level research results.
本次会议内容充实、程序规范、成效显著,全面统一了项目组思想认识,明确了执行规范、考核标准与协同机制,为项目后续实施奠定了坚实基础。项目组将以此次启动会为新起点,凝心聚力、扎实推进,力争在深海微生物生态功能解析与资源应用领域取得突破性进展,为我国深海科技发展与海洋强国建设贡献重要力量。
This well-organized and standardized meeting unified the understanding of the project team, clarified implementation norms, assessment standards and collaboration mechanisms, laying a solid foundation for the follow-up implementation. The project team will take this kick-off meeting as a new starting point to work solidly toward the research objectives, and strive to make breakthroughs in the ecological function analysis and resource application of deep-sea microorganisms, so as to support the development of China’s deep-sea science and technology and the construction of a strong marine country.

这一国际合作项目的成功启动,是上海海洋大学牵头实施“深海微生物组与生态系统”(DOME)大科学计划的又一标志性成果,依托DOME已搭建的“全球总部+六大洲分中心”国际协同网络、OceanMicrobe全球开放数据平台等重要支撑,本项目将进一步打通深海微生物基础研究、生态功能解析与资源产业化应用的全链条,助力DOME在全球五大洋与极地深海调查、深海碳循环机制研究、国际科技协同攻关等核心任务上加速落地,为我国深海科技自主创新、海洋强国建设及联合国“海洋十年”可持续发展目标提供关键支撑,持续巩固我国在深海微生物研究领域的国际引领地位。

The successful launch of this international cooperation project stands as another landmark achievement of the Deep Ocean Microbiomes and Ecosystems (DOME) Programme spearheaded by Shanghai Ocean University. Backed by DOME’s established core pillars—the Global Headquarters + Six Continental Sub-centers international collaboration network, and the OceanMicrobe global open data platform, this project will further streamline the full industrial chain spanning basic deep-sea microbial research, ecological function dissection, and resource application. It will speed up the delivery of DOME’s key missions including global five-ocean and polar deep-sea surveys, mechanistic research on deep-sea carbon cycles, and international joint scientific research. This initiative delivers critical support for China’s independent innovation in deep-sea technology, the building of a strong marine country, and the sustainable development goals of the UN Decade of Ocean Science for Sustainable Development, while steadily strengthening China’s leading role in global deep-sea microbial research.
